Emirates is set to enhance its presence across Asia with the launch of three new routes, expanding its already extensive network in the region. The Dubai-based airline will introduce daily non-stop flights to Shenzhen starting July 1, 2025, marking its fourth gateway into mainland China. Additionally, Emirates will commence four weekly services to Da Nang on June 2, followed by three weekly flights to Siem Reap on June 3.

Both Da Nang and Siem Reap flights will operate via Bangkok, further improving connectivity between key Southeast Asian destinations. The new routes will provide greater access to Emirates’ global network, offering passengers more travel options to and from these emerging markets. With these additions, Emirates strengthens its position as the non-Asian airline with the most diversified route network in East Asia. The airline will operate 269 flights per week from Dubai to 24 destinations across the region, reinforcing its status as a major carrier connecting Asia with the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.

Shenzhen, one of China’s fastest-growing economic hubs, is a key addition to Emirates’ network, enhancing business and tourism links between the UAE and the Greater Bay Area. The introduction of Da Nang as the airline’s third destination in Vietnam reflects growing demand for travel to the country’s central coast, known for its beaches, historical sites, and economic development. Meanwhile, Siem Reap, Emirates’ second destination in Cambodia, is home to the renowned Angkor Wat temple complex, a major attraction for global tourists.

Strengthening trade and tourism ties with Asia

Emirates has been steadily expanding its reach in Asia, responding to increasing travel demand and strengthening air connectivity across key cities. The latest expansion underscores the airline’s long-term commitment to the region, offering passengers a growing number of choices for seamless international travel. The new routes will be served by Emirates’ Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, featuring a three-class configuration that includes First Class private suites, Business Class flat-bed seats, and spacious Economy Class seating.

Passengers will also benefit from the airline’s award-winning inflight entertainment system, extensive dining options, and connectivity services. With these new additions, Emirates continues to expand its global reach while enhancing trade, tourism, and economic ties between the UAE and Asia. The airline remains focused on meeting passenger demand and providing world-class services on key international routes. – By MENA Newswire News Desk.
